This page tracks recent privacy policy, terms and conditions and cookie policy updates. This page is for ease of use only, and is not considered part of our formal policies.

June 1, 2019

  • Terms and Conditions:
    • Removed the stricken text below:
      • The Empty Nest: First Steps Toward Success Program does not guarantee results. It is also not a replacement for health/medical care.
    • Refunds for FSTS Program was updated to state that a full refund is available if you are unhappy after you complete the entire program,  if you are able to prove completion of the program and prove you did the work required throughout the program.

  • Revised the Refunds for FSTS Program verbiage in the terms and conditions, as the FSTS program is not live to paid clients yet, details are in the terms and conditions.
  • Revised the following in the Privacy Policy in the “Our Current Third-Party Suppliers Include:” section:
    • Zapier is used to update processes between suppliers.
    • Smart Podcast Player is used on my website as the podcast player.
    • Libsyn hosts my podcast files which feeds out to Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher, and TuneIn.

Added Verbiage to Include The School, and support privacy policy for our school hosted on Teachable.com. 

The clause “including the school (“School”)” was added to the top of the agreements.

Added “transfer the materials to another person, ” in the Restriction section of Terms and Conditions.

Added “YENC may make changes to the materials contained on its Site at any time without notice. We make no commitment to update the materials. ” in the Disclaimer section of  Terms and Conditions.

Added the Clarifications on Definitions section to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Updated the Refund section of Terms and Conditions to reflect Teachable.com’s 30 day return policy and included verbiage that allows for 30 days from purchase date and seven days from start date of programs, purchases and service (whichever date falls later).
