Who We Are
What Information Do We Collect About You?
In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you register for information, complete customer surveys, initiate a chat conversation on this website, submit a form on this website, place an order for programs, products or services, provide feedback, or work with YENC as a coaching client.
- Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.
How We Use That Information
YENC collects such information in order to deliver programs, services and products, complete customer transactions, send information and marketing e-mails, and improve website performance and customer service.
In providing services to you, YENC may utilize a third-party service provider (example: credit card processing company) and may provide your personal information to them as necessary.
Our Current Third-Party Suppliers Include:
- U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS shipping services
- Teachable.com hosts our online school
- Acuity Scheduling is used for the scheduling of coaching appointments
- ThriveCart is used for our online shopping cart
- Paypal is used for payment processing, where chosen
- Stripe is used for payment processing, where a credit card is entered.
- ActiveCampaign is used for our marketing automation (email, contact info, forms, chat/conversations)
- Zapier is used to update processes between suppliers
- Libsyn hosts our podcast files which feeds out to Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher, and TuneIn, and others. Libsyn’s embedded podcast player is utilized on the site
- G Suite email, Google Drive, calendars
- Google Search for information about our site and how to improve it.
- Google Analytics for data on how to improve our site and what you like best.
- SiteGround email
YENC will not share your information for marketing purposes with any company outside of YENC.
Providing Personal Identifiable Information
Providing personal data (e.g. name, address, delivery address, billing information, business and personal information) is required from you to enable YENC to provide coaching services and products to you, should you choose to do become a client or join a free course offering. However, no personal data is required in order to view this website.
How Long Will You Store My Information?
YENC will retain any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) YENC decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
If you leave a comment on our Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

This website is life coaching advertising and does not establish a business relationship, which is only formed when you have registered for paid services from YENC. YENC cannot guarantee results. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Your Empty Nest Coach Community Forum Specific Privacy Information
In this section “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the forum: [forum-name].
1. What information we collect about you and how we use this information
1.1 Account and Profile Information
You don’t have to create an account to use this forum, such as searching public topics. If you do choose to create an account, you must provide us with some personal data so that we can provide our services to you. This includes a display name (for example, “John Doe”), nickname (for example, @john-doe) a username (for example, johnxdoe), a password, and an email address. Your display name and nickname is always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. After the registration your account display name, nickname and username are the same. We recommend to change display name and nickname to keep the username private and secure. You may change those in your account editing page.
Once you have registered and created an account, you also may have the option of adding this public information (dependent on administrator settings):

– Biography (About Me)
– Social Network Account addresses
– Location (Country)
– And other details to your profile information to be displayed in our community.

You can also unsubscribe from any email notifications.
If you email us, we will keep the content of your message, your email address, and your contact information to respond to your request.
1.3 Private Messages and Non-Public Communications
We provide certain features that let you communicate more privately or control who sees your content. For example if forum admin is enabled, you can check the “Set Topic Private” checkbox when you create a topic or click on the “Private” button of your topic first post, or use the Private Messages to have non-public conversations. In these cases we will store and process your communications and information related to them. This includes message content, images, information about whom you have communicated with and when to better understand the use of our community, to protect the safety and review the reported messages. We share the content of your Private Messages with the people you’ve sent them to; we do not use them to serve you ads. When you use features like Private Messages to communicate, remember that recipients have their own copy of your communications on [forum-name] – even if you delete your copy of those messages from your account – which they may duplicate, store, or re-share.
