YENC collects such information in order to deliver programs, services and products, complete customer transactions, send information and marketing e-mails, and improve website performance and customer service.
In providing services to you, YENC may utilize a third-party service provider (example: credit card processing company) and may provide your personal information to them as necessary.

Teachable.com hosts our online school –no longer actively using as of 11/30/2020- SupaPass provides the space for our C.E.O. Training Team Membership and other resources
- Acuity Scheduling is used for the scheduling of coaching appointments

- Paypal is used for payment processing, where chosen
- Stripe is used for payment processing, where a credit card is entered.
- ActiveCampaign is used for our marketing automation (email, contact info, forms, chat/conversations)
- Zapier is used to update processes between apps/software
wpForo runs our community forum – forum specific privacy policy is at the bottom of this pagestopped using in early 2020- Libsyn hosts our podcast files which feeds out to Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher, and TuneIn, and others. Libsyn’s embedded podcast player is utilized on the site

Providing Personal Identifiable Information
Providing personal data (e.g. name, address, delivery address, billing information, business and personal information) is required from you to enable YENC to provide coaching services, memberships, resources and products to you, should you choose to become a client or join a free course offering. However, no personal data is required in order to view this website.
How Long Will You Store My Information?
YENC will retain any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) YENC decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
If you leave a comment on our Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Disclosing Your Information
YENC will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this privacy policy statement and in the circumstances detailed below:

We collect personal identifiable information about Users (clients, suppliers, employees, etc.) in order to manage our business well. We limit the collection of and use of personal identifiable information to that required for valid business purposes or to comply with legislation.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the 13 years of age. YENC prohibits Children under the age of 13 from using all interactive portions of this website, including leaving any comments, filling out forms, or otherwise submitting information. If YENC learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 13, it will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal data without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
GDPR
We do not actively market to individuals outside of the United States. However, this privacy policy has made every attempt to be GDPR complaint because we think it is good stuff. You are responsible for your topics, posts and other information you provide through our services, and you should think carefully about what you make public, especially if it is sensitive information.
You may (if available) choose to register connecting your account to accounts on another service (e.g. Facebook login), and that other service may send us information about your account on that service. We use the information we receive to provide you features like cross-posting or cross-service authentication, and to operate our community. We create new account in our community for you based on your third party account information you share.
1.2 Contact Information
We use your contact information, such as your email address, to authenticate your account and keep it – and our services – secure, and to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse. We also use contact information to personalize our services, enable certain account features for example, for login verification, reset password, to send you information about our community and notify on new replies to your subscribed forums and topics. You can also unsubscribe from any email notifications.
If you email us, we will keep the content of your message, your email address, and your contact information to respond to your request.
1.3 Private Messages and Non-Public Communications
We provide certain features that let you communicate more privately or control who sees your content. For example if forum admin is enabled, you can check the “Set Topic Private” checkbox when you create a topic or click on the “Private” button of your topic first post, or use the Private Messages to have non-public conversations. In these cases we will store and process your communications and information related to them. This includes message content, images, information about whom you have communicated with and when to better understand the use of our community, to protect the safety and review the reported messages. We share the content of your Private Messages with the people you’ve sent them to; we do not use them to serve you ads. When you use features like Private Messages to communicate, remember that recipients have their own copy of your communications on [forum-name] – even if you delete your copy of those messages from your account – which they may duplicate, store, or re-share.
2. Information We Share and Disclose

Third-party app policies and procedures are not controlled by us, and this forum privacy policy does not cover how third-party apps use your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties (listed above) before connecting to or using their applications or services to learn more about their privacy and information handling practices. If you object to information about you being shared with these third parties, please uninstall the contact us and let us know as soon as possible.
